Registered Massage Therapy
Revitalize Your Body and Mind
Welcome to Body Mechanics!
Our clinic is a relaxing space, dedicated to providing long-lasting therapeutic treatments.
RMTs in Ontario are held to a very high standard by our regulating college (CMTO). This ensures that if you are receiving treatment by a RMT they are trained in many different modalities to provide the most effective and safe treatment to each client depending on their needs. Helping our clients relax through massage is a huge bonus but there are so many more benefits and uses than people realize. Here are just a few common focuses our therapists have dealt with at our clinic.
Therapies We Offer
Pre/Post Natal massage
A massage therapy that caters to the specific needs of pregnant and postpartum women, helping to alleviate discomfort, reduce stress, and promote relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage
A massage technique that uses deep pressure to target the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue, helping to relieve chronic pain and muscle tension.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy involves placing cups on the skin to create suction and promote blood flow, which can help relieve muscle tension, pain, and inflammation.
Sports Massage
A massage therapy that focuses on treating and preventing injuries, improving athletic performance, and aiding in recovery after exercise.
Swedish Massage
Incorporates rhythmic techniques like effleurage and petrissage for overall relaxation or the muscle and joints. This is a great treatment for all looking for relaxation and tension relief.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
A treatment focused on encouraging lymphatic fluid movement through the body. Great for post operative care, to promote healing.
